All of our theme packages are released under the GNU Public License version 2.0.

All .PSD files are packaged separately and are not licesned under the GPL 2.0. Instead, these files inherit the Lizatom.com Personal Use License. These files are given to all members on a personal use basis. You may not offer them, modified or unmodified, for redistribution or resale of any kind.

3. Ownership and Liability

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Lizatom.com. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.

4. Refund Policy

We offer refunds to any unsatisfied customer up to 30 days after the purchase was made.

5. Warranty

Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. We do not guarantee that themes will work in all browsers, nor do we guarantee that our themes will be functional with all versions of WordPress. We do not guarantee compatibility with any additional third party plugins, scripts, or applications.

6. Payments

All payments are handled through PayPal using PayPal subscriptions. This subscription will automatically renew at the end of the year, and you will be automatically billed at the end of your term for the next year if your subscription is still active. You can, however, cancel your subscription at any time from within your PayPal control panel. You can also request a cancellation from within the Lizatom.com account manager. If you do not cancel by the end of the year, you will be automatically billed for the next year.
